A downloadable game for Windows

Its been another rotten night of graverobbing when your shovel suddenly clanks against a stone slab hiding unexpectedly in the soft dirt below some poor sap's coffin.

Ever the curious one, you excavate the slab with your pickaxe. Below the stone, you discover a passageway descending. Old men in the village have long whispered of a lost crypt near this place. It is rumored to hold a great golden treasure...

Perhaps your luck is about to change tonight. You hitch up your girdle and leap into the hole to see what you will find.

Is it a free roaming play test ? I guess so because I can't do anything. It is a pretty good start ! The atmosphere is cool ! There is a good potential to make a good game :)

Hi! Yes there's more, you can pick up statues by left-clicking on them. Hold down the left mouse button to move them around. With this knowledge, you can progress further

Okay I just finished it ! That's a good game ! It's a bit short and I nearly blocked myself in the wheel area but yeah it's really good !

Maybe you should just add an atmospheric sound/music and footstep sound.

Nice atmosphere! I also loved the level design, felt very skyrim-ish and eerie. :) Unfortunately I got stuck, after I found the golden statue. I found another character trapped, but was not able to free them or get past them.

One thing that I missed, was the sound of my footsteps. But that could be on me, since I played it on Linux on Bottles.

Ahh you were so close! There's one last puzzle after you get the golden idol, just have to observe / think backwards a bit. You can actually just barely see the other figure earlier, but it is a missable moment if you go quick. The last puzzle doesn't have to do with him at all.

I fiddled with footstep SFX but in the time allotted, I couldn't get them sounding nice enough that they were a plus and not a minus. Maybe after the jam period I'll give it another crack, I agree it would fill up the soundscape appropriately.

Great game man. Played it. Got really spooked out by the guy but trapped him inside after figuring out. I loved the atmosphere and constantly felt eerie. The dark corners and places felt a bit weird but other than that great level design and things you did!!!!

Thanks man! Glad you enjoyed, sounds like you had the ideal experience 😊
